Our Fees

 

Our commission fee is negotiable prior to the commencement of the assignment and is based on the total sale price of the business.

This is a success fee and is only applicable when the business is sold. If a retainer is negotiated, that retainer will be credited against your potential success fee when it is applied.    

 

Marketing / Advertising Costs

 

A Marketing / Advertising Schedule is developed with you

prior to commencing the marketing process.

 

You are always in control of this expense and we recommend a “pay as you go approach”. We do not recommend advertising in magazines etc. unless trade journals or

similar media are deemed appropriate.
